A remarkable place

Why Manuka feels different.

Manuka blossoms flower for a brief seasonal window across distinctive New Zealand landscapes. That limited bloom, focused floral character and careful harvest are part of what gives Manuka honey its special place at the table.

Good to know

Your Manuka questions, answered.

Simple guidance for enjoying and storing your honey at home.

What do UMF 25+ and MGO 1200+ mean?

They are grading references shown on the product label. MGO refers to the measured methylglyoxal level, while UMF is a recognised grading system used for qualifying Manuka honey. Always refer to the jar label for the product's stated grade.

How should I enjoy it?

Try a small spoonful on its own, spread it over toast, spoon it onto yogurt or pair it with soft cheese. You can also stir it into a warm drink once the drink has cooled slightly.

How should I store the jar?

Keep it tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required and may make the honey firmer.

Is natural crystallisation normal?

Yes. Honey can naturally thicken or crystallise over time. This does not necessarily indicate a quality issue. Gently warming the closed jar in lukewarm water can soften the texture.

A distinctive addition to the table

Make the everyday feel considered.

Bring deep-amber Manuka character to breakfast, afternoon tea and effortless entertaining.

Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months. This product is a food and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

I’ve been adding this Manuka honey to my Greek yogurt every morning and it tastes amazing. Thick, rich, and not overly sweet. It honestly makes breakfast feel like a little treat.

So glad I stocked up during the sale. The jars arrived well packed, everything looks premium, and the honey tastes smooth and rich. My family goes through this fast, so this was totally worth it.

This has become my favorite afternoon snack with tea and toast. The flavor is deep, golden, and comforting. You can tell it’s much better quality than regular honey.
